IMSA - International Mobile Service Application

The solution enables the mobile service provider to give his enterprise clients self service access to book SIM cards, tariffs and buy handsets for his international workforce. iMSA has been developed for Deutsche Telekom and can be accessed by the mobile phone fleet managers by intergrating the iMSA ServiceNow plug-in into the client's ServiceNow infrastructure. Alternative accesses are via web interface or directly via TMForum compliant APIs. Important: the solution is IP of Deutsche Telekom, but can be presented by NTT DATA. Focussing on multinational customers, iMSA provides one model for self-managing telecommunication services in different countries. Actually customers can manage services from five national carriers via API, WebUI, ServiceNow application. Two national carriers and all FreeMove members will be integrated soon.
